Much has been said in the media these weeks regarding the property market.  Yes it is buoyant at the moment, but that being said not all properties are achieving incredible prices as reported (only in specific areas).  It’s all about demand and marketing your property correctly.  “You can’t sell a secret”.

We still have properties out in South Auckland for under $300k.  In Manurewa you can pick up a 3 bedroom, brick and tile for under this.  Papatoetoe we are seeing upward shifts in the market, and the market has significantly changed in the last 3 months – as has Mangere Bridge.
